Refund policy
All sales are final, with the exception of exchanges DUE to damage.
You can contact me at whiteoakmarketplace@outlook.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. I am happy to repair or replace as warranted on a case by case basis. Buyers must contact me within 3 days of receipt to report damage and must submit pictures to be eligible for repair or replacement.
Non-returnable items
All sales are final. Everything is customized made to order, so I do not keep stock and I can not resell items.Â
Cancel an order
If you wish to cancel your order you have 24 hours within purchase. I will then refund you as soon as possibleIf approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
